Implementation
Most Odoo projects that struggle do so before configuration starts: nobody wrote down how the business really works. We start there. Each department walks us through its documents and approvals, and we turn that into an Odoo design you can read and sign off.

Custom development
When a rule is specific to your business, we write a module for it instead of bending your process. Our modules follow Odoo’s own conventions, carry the ibss_ prefix so you can see what came from us, and live in a GitHub repository you own.

Integrations
Odoo rarely works alone. We connect it to your point of sale, your payment terminals, your online payments and the tax authority, and we watch those connections so a failed sync is noticed before month-end.

Migration and upgrades
Moving to Odoo, or to a newer Odoo, is mostly a data problem. We clean, map and import your records, then prove the result: the opening trial balance in Odoo matches the one in your old system.

Training and support
